Robert is the owner-operator of KYN Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals. He founded KYN Hauling LLC in October 2022 in North Port, Florida — building it on the side of his full-time job as a Journeyman Lineman for a power company. He personally answers every customer call, schedules every delivery, and operates the truck himself for most jobs.

Robert built KYN around a simple idea: most dumpster rental companies in Southwest Florida hide their prices, run customers through call centers, and confuse them with five different dumpster sizes. KYN does the opposite — one size, published prices, and the owner on the other end of the phone.

What we collect. When you book through this site, we collect the name, phone, email, delivery address, and any notes you send us. That’s it.
How we use it. Strictly to deliver and pick up your dumpster, send the contract and invoice, and follow up on the job. We do not sell, share, or rent your information.
Communications. We may text or email you about your booking. If you’d like to be removed from our customer list afterward, reply STOP or email us — we’ll remove you the same day.

KYN delivers a roll-off dumpster to your address, leaves it for the agreed time, then picks it up and disposes of the contents at a licensed landfill. The dumpster stays your responsibility while it's on your property.
Delivery and pickup, the standard weight allowance (varies by rental type), the standard rental period (7 days standard, 30 days monthly), and disposal at a licensed Florida landfill.

No liquids of any kind (paint, oil, gasoline, water, sludge), hazardous chemicals, batteries, electronics, refrigerant appliances (unless professionally evacuated), asbestos, medical waste, propane and pressurized containers, hot or smoldering debris, vehicles or vehicle parts with fluids, or dead animals. Tires are allowed only with the $25/each surcharge. Prohibited items found at the landfill incur a $250 rejection fee. When in doubt, call or text before loading.
Keep all material level with or below the top rim — overfilled loads may be refused or charged $150. Distribute weight evenly. Heavy material (concrete, dirt, sod, brick) is half-load only. Damage to the dumpster from misuse is charged $150–$2,500. Provide about 60 ft of straight, clear access from the street with 22 ft of overhead clearance, and be ready for pickup or a $125–$175 trip charge applies.
You are responsible for the dumpster contents, for damage to your driveway/lawn/sprinklers/septic from normal delivery and pickup, for injuries on your property, for confirming you may place a dumpster at the address, and for any street-placement permits.
KYN is responsible for delivering on the agreed date, picking up on 24-hour notice, hauling the contents to a licensed landfill, and operating safely and professionally.
Standard customers pay at the time of delivery; approved contractor accounts may have Net-15 or Net-30 terms. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ACH, check, cash, and Zelle. Credit cards carry a 3.5% surcharge. Late balances accrue a 1.5%/month finance charge. Returned checks incur a $50 fee.
48+ hours before delivery: free. Within 24 hours: $50. Same day as delivery: $200.
This agreement is governed by Florida law and any dispute is handled in Sarasota County, Florida. KYN Hauling LLC's full Terms & Conditions document is incorporated into this agreement. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to place a dumpster at the delivery address.
